Delete your account

You can delete your Yukigo account and all associated data at any time.

From the app

  1. Open Yukigo and go to Settings.
  2. Tap “Delete account”.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are erased right away.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and sign-in (Apple, Google or email)
  • Your study progress and review history
  • Your XP, level and streak
  • Your leaderboard name and entries

Deletion is immediate in the app. Any copies in backups are removed within 30 days. After that we keep nothing that can identify you.

Can’t open the app?

If you’ve lost access to your device, email us from the address linked to your account and we’ll delete it for you.
